He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Sandra Norwood; grandparents, Robert and Edith Morton, and Robert and Fannie Norwood; uncles, Robert, and Ronnie Morton; father-in-law (Pops) Rodney Bonner, and best friend: Damon Hill.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Toni; son, Victor Rollins; grandsons: Victor (LiL Vic) and King; brothers, Robert Norwood, Lamar Norwood, and Omar Moore; sisters, Tana and Brittany Norwood; nieces and nephews; aunt, Debbie (Arnett) Miller; special cousins, Tiffany Ely, Clarice Finn, Tiffany, and Keith Campbell; bonus children, daughters, Twilla (Richard) Porter, Mykiecha (Donald) Robinson, and Brandi (Lamar) Sheppard; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; lifelong friends, LuTrell Eaton, Ronald Keith, and Ronald Carter (Panama) and a host of other family members and friends.
