Annette Bright was born November 8, 1929, in Memphis, Tennessee to Annie Crutchfield and Sam Dorsey.
The family came to Cleveland, Ohio in September 1947 and in June 1948 Annette Dorsey was united in holy wedlock with William Bright. He served Mom breakfast in bed every Sunday, pancakes and sausage…she was the love of his life!
Peace came Monday, September 12, 2022, when Annette was called home to reap the great reward for the faithful. Her husband, William Bright, mother, Annie Black, daughter Daphne Robinson, sister, Marie Long, all preceded her in death.
She leaves to mourn her memory, her devoted children, Sandy Maben, Dianne Polk and Antoinette Bright, grandchildren, Eric Harvey (Tonja), Tameka Harvey, Anthony Haskin (Roslind Jones), Brian Haskin (LaToya), William Robinson (Tracey), ten great-grandchildren, sixteen great-great grandchildren, her caregiver, Renee Walker and a host of family and friends.
