On January 23, with his family by his side Benjamin Champion departed this life and went home to be with the Lord.

Benjamin was the devoted husband of Phyllis Champion for 25 years. Loving father to Monica Phillips, Benjamin Phillips-Champion and their brother Anthony Phillips, Wesley Don Juan Fullwood (Theresa), and Tania Beane (Logan) and cherished Grandfather of 12 Grandchildren and 17 Great-grandchildren.
