Benny Richardson was born on May 16, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Ruby & Walter Richardson who has proceeded him in life.

Benny was very close to our mother, and it took a toll on him navigating through life without our beloved Mother.

Benny worked at various jobs over the years. Every holiday he would bring his famous banana pudding to every event.

The past six years he worked with Cleveland UMADAOP’S Circle for Re-Entry Ohio organization side by side with his brother, Seti and others as a Re-Entry Specialist, assisting men and women in learning how to live drug free lives to avoid relapse and incarceration. Benny did that!!! Spending days and nights helping those in need of support.

CFRO will truly miss Benny but will never forget him. The agency will utilize the knowledge and professionalism that Benny left as an example to others “TO NEVER GIVE UP.”

Benny is proceeded in death by brothers; Wyley, Paul, Norris and Ritchie and his sister Valrica. He leaves to cherish his memories siblings; Joyce, Vernice, Gwendolyn (Robert), Seti (Dana), andDarryl (Jackie). Children; Thiana, Donte and DeAndre. Six grandchildren and one great child. A host of nieces and nephews and special niece Alicia Padgett. As well as a host of very special friends.
