Beverly Ann Bluntt-Blair-Herring was born to the late Van D. Gamble Adams and Dorothy E. Bluntt on September 12, 1948.
She grew up in a tight knit family with her cousins, Teryle Bluntt and Carolyn Love. She was also the babysitter for her younger cousins, Jakki and Phyliss Bluntt.
Beverly attended Akron Public Schools and excelled academically, graduating from South High in 1966. She met her childhood sweetheart, Benjamin Tiny Blair, at the age of 14, whom she dated and later married. To this union were born 3 loving chidren, Roben D. Blair (deceased), Kimm and Karla Blair.
She worked along side her brother and father at Chrysler, then moved on to different jobs and retired from Allside. Beverly was also briefly married to Robert Herring in the 1980’s. She loved playing the slots and having Cleveland Browns parties on Sundays. Additionally, she loved watching the Cavs, and would passionately curse at the television over [her unknowingly surrogate grandson] LeBron James. She dearly loved her grandson, Zion, and would always say, “He’s just a little angel.”
Beverly was funny, crazy and loving, all at the same time, and will be truly missed.
