Beverly Harrison born March 20, 1954, in Edison, Georgia to Leroy and Roselyn Harrison. Upon graduating from Akron South High School, Beverly attended Kent State University. She always had a love for children and family. Following her passion, Beverly worked for Western Reserve Hospital for several years before joining Akron Community Action Head Start for over 20 years. She attended Faith Temple Church of the Living God. As the family historian, Beverly always had a birthday, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day card for everyone and would ensure everyone had an opportunity to sign those cards of love.

Beverly preceded in death by parents, Leroy & Roselyn Harrison; sister, Jolene Harrison; brother, Buard Harrison; and nephew, Damon Harrison.

She is survived by son, Dante Harrison (Tarrena Grant); brothers, Leroy Harrison, Flyoddzell (Gladys) Ayers, James Sasser and Charles Harrison; special friend, Edwin Breedlove; nieces, Detra Harrison and Dominique Gladney; nephews, De-Aire Robinson and De’Onte Murray; granddaughters, Donjae and Donae Harrison; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
