Ms. Brenda Joyce Smith-Nokes went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2017.  Brenda is survived by her beloved Edward C. Lawson.  Cherished mother of Michelene, James Jr., and Amp. Loving sister of Carolyn, Patricia (deceased), Robert Jr., (deceased), Sherry, Pamela, Rhonda, and Marlene.  Grandmother of Breanna, Kyzar (deceased), Antonio “A.J.”, Melvin Jr., Kirstin, Melanie and Brooklynn.
