Carol Ann Patrick went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2016.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband, Raynard Patrick. Loving sister of Harold “Butch” Scruggs, Jr. (deceased), Diane Scruggs-Thomas and Darryl “Weegie” Scruggs.
