Carolyn Marlene Bagley was born October 24, 1941, in Akron, OH to the late Carlton and Annie Dunson. She attended Akron Public Schools, graduating from Garfield High School.
She was a member of The House of The Lord Church. She was employed at Summa Health Systems for over 30 years until she retired. Carolyn had a smile that would light up the room, just like the sun on a cloudy day. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and would do anything for them. As she would do for the rest of her family. She had a nickname for all her grandkids. She loved going out to eat and on outings with her family and friends.
She loved to sew, knit, and she was very talented in making various crafts. If it could be made, she could do it. She belonged to multiple craft groups. She was also a member of The Golden Hearts Club which she was president and a member of the Red Hats Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Carlton Wayne Dunson.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherlene Bagley and Carla Oden; sons, Dale (Bonnie) Bagley, Shannonn Todd (Lydiane) Bagley; grandchildren, Deon (Naia) Oden, Marlon Oden, Jr, Carnae Oden, Shawnta McCraney, Chanell Marsh, Terrell Bagley, Terrance Bagley, Tyreese Bagley, Danielle Bagley, Deon Coleman, Lyanna Coleman; great-grandchildren, Keyon Battle, Brooklyn Laster, Ahmeer Saafir, London Saafir, Carleigh Harris, London Oden, Terrell Bagley Jr, Ka’Mya King-Bagley, Kristian King, Teagan Bagley, Ladainian Blake, Karter Cook; sister, Barbara Scott of Tennessee and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
