Charles Adley Stewart Jr. was born on December 3, 1940 and was the son of Charles and Cassandra Stewart. He was the first of seven children born in Discovery Bay, Jamaica West Indies.
Many years ago, he met Reatha White through a friend, and they fell in love and got married and he came to live here in the US. He was married to Rethea Stewart with whom he shared many joyous memories for 40 Years.
Charles was very caring, loving and dependable. He was always there for his family, and he was a quiet man who loved to read. He would always remind us that “reading is knowledge “.
Charles was a great provider who was a hard worker both in Jamaica and here in the US. While in Cleveland, he was employed in the field of custodial services for a local company. As a family man, he enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, but he also enjoyed watching the favorite sports team, The Cleveland Guardians.
Charles will be sorely missed by his wife, four sisters and two brothers, stepchildren, his nieces and nephews.
May Charles find rest in the arms of the Lord!
