Charles E. Harris (66) passed away peacefully in his home on September 9, 2018. He leaves behind a loving wife, Linda Harris. Beloved children, Chad Cotton, Prentiss L. Harris, and Tinisha Harris-Smith. Grandchildren, Emonie, Iyana, and Alex.
