Mr. Clifford Thomas Dunson III, 52, of Akron, Ohio, entered eternal rest on October 28, 2022. He was born on July 29, 1970, to the late Clifford Dunson II and Floretta Dunson of Akron, Ohio.
Tommy graduated from Buchtel High school in 1988. He was considered the jack of all trades and started his entrepreneurship with Westside Wash and then opened Strictly Details. He later became employed with HOC Transport Co. and had an impressive job record.
Detailing cars was his passion, but he also discovered he had a green thumb. He did great landscaping that was noticed by many in his community. His flower garden was his peaceful place where he spent a lot of time, and he was very proud to say he grew the plants and did not have to hire anyone to do it. His favorites were the tropical plants, Cana Lillies, Banana plants, and Elephant ears. Tommy was also a great cook and enjoyed creating new healthy recipes for the family. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and husband. He loved spending quality time with his wife/best friend of 24 years and grandkids while teaching them hard-working ethics. He will be missed by many of his family and friends.
Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Dunson II, and close friend, James Anthony Ross (Amp).
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Kisha Dunson; daughter, Diamonika Dunson; sons, Clifford Dunson IV, and Trey Dunson; stepchildren, Darshawn, De’Angelo, Diamond, Derrick, and Derrien; 12 grandchildren; loving mother, Floretta Dunson; only sister, Trina Dunson (Tabaka); special cousins, Sonya Dunson, Chevelle Hickson (Tanya), and Shawntay Edmonds; special friends, Duane, Jason, Ricky, and Keith; as well as a host of family and many friends who loved him dearly.
