Cynthia Rose (McCoy) Grant was the daughter of the late Hattie (McCoy) McNeal and Lannie McCoy.  She received an Associate Degree from Kent State Trumbull Campus in 1977.  She returned to school in 2000, graduating with a Bachelor degree.
