Doretha Kirby-Pratt went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2021.

She leaves to celebrate and cherish her memories her daughter, Pamela Kirby, step daughter Kim Gaddy (Robert), her four sons Thomas Kirby, Gregory Kirby (Louise), Darreal Kirby, and Dennis Kirby (Pandora). 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Pratt and Lillie Pratt; son, Donald Kirby, daughter, Pat Kirby, Sisters, Lily, Fermaline, Beatrice, Ivory, and Rachel, Brothers, James Jr., Herbert, and Napoleon, Grandson Thomas Kirby Jr., and Great Grandson Wilandre Kirby.
