Doris Carolyn Cox went home to be with the Lord on September 9, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents: Ester and Toreatha Sharpe; sisters, Elizabeth, Ester, Marion and Barbara; brother, Lawrence; daughter, Pauline; granddaughter, Marcia; great-grandsons, Mike-Mike and Paul. She leaves to cherish her precious memory; sisters, Mildred Williams, Lillian Brooks, Pearl McAlpine, Olivia Starks and Velma Burnett; grandchildren, Rochelle Landon, Elisha (Leon) Hale, David and Darren. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
