Emmajene Pender went home to be with the Lord on October 30, 2018.

In her passing, she leaves to mourn her ex-husband, James L. Pender; one daughter, Kimberly Michele Pender; one son, James Leonard Pender, Jr. (Candace Pender, daughter-in-law); four grandchildren, Montrel D. Pender, Porsha Zakia Pender, Precious Zatara Pender, and Calanja Camario Pender; one brother, Eddie Lee Epps (Darlene Epps, sister-in-law); sister-in-law, Gerldine Anthony; and a host of nieces and nephews.
