Darlene has been my life-long friend, we grew up next door to each other. I was delighted when she married “E”. Spending time with Evester, Darlene, and being assigned as the God Mother to their children and grandchildren has been a great joy and privilege in my life. When I found out that Evester also loved, Jehovah my God too, you can’t imagine my great joy. I am very grateful to have had a part in Evester’s and Darlene’s life. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place no one else can ever fill. They say there is a reason, they say that time will heal, but neither time nor reason, will change the way we feel. The creator of man does not forget the life patterns of thousands of millions of humans who have lived. Jehovah’s memory is unfailing; it does not fade.( Isaiah 46:10). The Bible our only tool for sure hope, gives all mankind the remedy for death. Which is the resurrection hope. The prospect of remaining and living on the earth forever. Uncle E...There was a couple of things I forgot to ask...what is a whatnot that you put of the mantle piece...what is a bessa bug...and where did y’all get the name THADA... y’all crazy for that...man I miss you....

Hey uncle E. I am torn to shreds. Remember the basketball games you took me to.. You took me to courts all around Cleveland.‍♀️ Remember the one game I was afraid to play because everybody was so big? You said remember all that you taught me and we bout to tear it up Thada....and we did. I did a reverse lay up on a guy 6 feet tall! I still have my certificate and Jersey from the WNBA camp for the Cleveland Rockers...you help me get there.. You gave Nadia her nickname Shay...she stuck with that. Her lilttle girl is just like her. All the kids are great and I’m doing better. Thank you for all that you did...it was permanent markings that is the make up of who I am. I did what I said I would. I am a double major in accounting and education, I am free(and you know what that means lol) I am in a wonderful relationship, and like you said I would know what’s right for me and it will be beautiful...and it is.. I needed more time. I am not ready and I am stuck in limbo. Give me a sign so I can get out of here. Let me know when I will be ok. I love you forever and always....Thada
