Francis Louise Little was born to Mildred Elizabeth Carson and James Wayne Simpson.

She was married to T. L. Little, who proceeded her in death in 1959. Their union produced 6 children, 5 boys and one girl. One son has proceeded her in death and one grandson and one grand daughter.

She leaves to mourn William Little, Willie and Annette Little, Troy (Cherise) Little, Alicia Fleming and James Little. She also has Roy Simpson and Deborah, Katherine Nelson and Mary Underwood. She has 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
