Mrs. Gael Faith Cooper surname “Gigi Cooper” was born on August 1, 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri to Lorice Davis. soon after she lived with her grandparents, LouElla Mayo and Gale Mayo whom she was named after.
Gael graduated from Glenville High School meeting Charles Cooper Jr. where they went on to have two beautiful children, Charles Cooper III and Cieairis Cooper. Gael also graduated from the Academy of Court Reporting where she continued her journey working for the AOCR. Shortly after she went on working for CHUH (Cleveland Heights University Heights School District) from 1999-2017 as a secretary to the Administrative Assistant in the Educational Service Department.
She always had faith and believed in God. Gael loved to draw and create new things; she had a neck for creating new fashion designs (A BIG FASHIONISTA) which she instilled in her children and others. She also was a very loving and loyal person and had a thing for cooking and making her famous “Gigi Bake Beans & Mac & Cheese”.
Gael leaves behind her husband Charles Cooper Jr., son Charles Cooper III, daughter Cieairis Cooper, grandchildren Chave’Aire, ChaVarre’, Chase and October Chyenne, Father Daddy John. Sisters and brothers Phyllis, Nona, Wilbert, Vickie, Joseph (Mike) and a host of nieces and nephews. Gael is now reunited with her sister Trenda and brother John Jr.
Gael departed this life on July 17, 2025, may she be in peace.
