I would like to introduce to you my father George Henry Harrison Jr. who at the age of 76
peacefully passed away on April 30th, 2025 surrounded by Loved Ones at the Veteran’s Affairs
Hospice. George Henry Harrison Jr. aka Rick was a beloved Son, Father, Grandfather, Great
grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend!
George Henry Harrison Jr was born on September 2nd, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio to the Loving
parents of George Henry Harrison and Juanita Harrison (Saunders). Siblings Loretta (Peaches)
Thurman (Alford/Maddog), Gwendolyn, Darlene, Renee, Raymond (Heavy), Christopher, Donald
(Duck)/Ronald his twin, and Gary (Head).
One child: George Henry Harrison lll,
Two Grandchildren: Abel Ben Israel/Wife Zibiah Dorcas Baht Israel and Breona Anae Harrison
One Great Granddaughter Aubrielle Sanae.
Also, Honorable mention George Henry Harrison Jr was raised with several cousins who were
more like brothers and sisters: Aunt Fran, Aunt Brenda, Aunt Beverly, Uncle Ralph, Cousin Larry
and Lenard (PeeWee).
Also, a Host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nieces and nephews to many to name!
George Henry Harrison Jr was Married Twice: 1st wife Madeline Lou Anderson. Second wife
Patrica Woods.
Many friends: Honorable Mention Milo, Ted, Wayne.
George Henry Harrison Jr graduated from East Tech 1966 and soon after joined the United
States Air Force with four years of service! Honorable mention He loved playing baseball and
basketball in high school! He also attended Cuyahoga Community College and also worked for
TRW well over 20 years! At retirement age George Jr also worked for Cleveland Public middle
schools as a mentor in the Grandparent mentor program!
George Henry Harrison Jr was a cornerstone foundational piece to the Harrison family for many
years! Embracing Leadership Roles and always gathering the family together with many
functions such as: Trips to Geauga Lake, kings Island and Cedars point amusement parks!
Family reunions in Thomasville Georgia, Cincinnati Kool Jazz Festival, Card Parties, Casino
Trips just to name a few! He was definitely a family man and a hard worker! To say the least
George Henry Harrison Jr was a dedicated family man, had a wonderful career working and had
an impact in the community!
In conclusion George Henry Harrison Jr accordingly to the Traditions of mankind was dedicated
to His country, family, and the community! Lord willing by the God’s grace we will see you on
the other side!
