Jacqueline Ann Armstrong was born April 16, 1956, to the late Rosie Armstrong and Willie Morris. Jackie found Christ early on in life. She Attended Cleveland public School Margaret A. Ireland elementary and East high-high school her blue bombers as she called them. She continued her education at Dyke college, to obtain her certificate as a security guard.
Jackie worked various jobs to make ends meet. She retired in 2018 from L’Oréal Custom Products where she was very proficient in feeding her line, so proficient that the line leads would argue about who’s line she would be on. If you knew Jackie then you know some of her sayings like “I Keeps it 5000 & Ya dig” There was never a dual moment if she was on the scene. she was the Life of the party.
Jackie was funny she enjoyed making people laugh, when asked why are you so silly she would reply “hey why not, laughter is good for the soul “some of her favorite movies was Norbit, All the Friday series, Mike Epps Standup. Blow, Superfly, the Temptations and the 10 commandments. Jackie loved her family especially her kids & grandkids. She loved hard and was loyal to a fault.
Jackie was cut from a different cloth she kept it real, so real that she probably hurt some feelings along the way, but don’t take it personal she was just passionate about how she felt.
Along her journey she met Robert (Bopete) Crum and mothered Robert Armstrong. Continuing down that road she met William (Butchy) Lee and mother Kenleeta Armstrong and further along she met Orlando Simon and mothered the twins Talanda Simon and Orlando Simon ll (Joi)
Jackie leave a lifelong legacy of love for her family to Cherish her memory: her siblings Ruby, Wilma, Rosalind, Thomas, Lavern Nettie, Charles her 16 Grandkids Nikeisha, Tyana, De Vaughn, Deasha, CarRein, Andre, Andrew, Orlando III, Malcolm, Knynn, O Mari, Mikel, O’Mani, Denver, Dallas, Dayton 9 Great Grand Kids. her sisters by bond, Robyn, Lorna (babydoll), Sharon, and Roz; her best friends Bonnie and Caroline, and her very Special friend Deon, Three siblings that precedes her in death Eddie Jean, Trudy, and Dawayne and a host of nieces and nephews.
