James Eric Efford was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 1, 1977. He was the eighth child of James and Cadelia Efford.
Eric received his GED and a certificate in Collision Repair & Refinishing Technology from Ohio Technical College. He also attended Tri-C College and earned a certificate in Automotive Technology. He was recently attending Business seminars to assist him with his Real Estate business.
Eric’s mom taught her sons how to fish at a young age and that was one of the things he loved to do. She took them on their many camping outings and James learned to love camping. He didn’t want to miss a summer of camping.
Eric had the kindest heart. If he could help you with something, he would. He was always smiling which usually turned into a distinctive laugh that was genuine. He would crack on you and laugh so hard. Eric fathered two children but raised three, Shanatea K Norman, James Eric Efford Jr. and Destiny Essence Efford. He also had 3 granddaughters Jamiah Simone Efford, Ava London Clemons and Brielle Alexandria Franklin who he would call BEESTER and they called him Papa.
Eric leaves to cherish his precious memories… his parents, Cadelia Champion and James Efford; siblings: Kimberly (Augustus), Frank, Yvette, Robin, Jammie (Clinton), Dorena and Karl, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
