Leotis Allen, Jr., was born September 7, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio. The child of Leotis Allen, Sr., & Idie Allen.

On January 29, 1966 he became a devoted minister.

Mr. Leotis Allen, Jr., & wife Ida Mae had eight children, Willie Allen, Joyce Robinson, Carl Allen, Melvin Allen all deceased, living are Bobby Allen, Christine Allen, Donald Allen, Coretta Gavin.

Once he moved on from the Ministry, He took his talents to T&F Systems a construction company, one of many that help build “Randall Park Mall.

He later married Eloise Scott on August 2, 1989, and became a Dad to her son, Ricardo Burks.

Mr. Allen was a strong man. There was nothing Lee couldn’t do once he put his mind to it. He was very gifted and blessed.

Mr. Allen went to see the Father on December 23, 2024 at the age of 96.

He leaves to cherish his memory many many Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

We love you Lee, may you rest in peace.
