July 27, 2023, Levell Rashawn Cook, 49, passed away peacefully at home with his life partner, Demika Bishop, at his side. Born September 20, 1973, to the late Anita Kerchele Cook and Brett Turner, Levell lived his rambunctious young life in Cleveland, OH where he attended Cleveland Public Schools.

Levell was raised amongst a large family that included aunts, uncles, and many cousins. In this family the love of Christ was evident, and Levell knew and loved the Lord. He would often speak about his faith in the plan and will God had for his life. Levell was strong willed, hardworking, and was employed with several companies throughout Greater Cleveland including the City of Cleveland in most recent years.

Levell discovered a passion for videography and created his own business, Glendale Ent. / Promo Pros, in which he would create the most beautiful, sentimental, relevant videos for all to enjoy. Levell was father to three beautiful daughters and grandfather to one talented, beautiful granddaughter. He would beam at the mention of their names.

Levell was preceded in death by his mother, Anita Kerchele Cook; father, Brett Turner; maternal grandfather, Thomas Shirley Cook; maternal grandmother, Virla Mae Cook; paternal grandfather, Wade Turner; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Turner.

He is survived by his children: Portia Lisa Stephens, Miranda Cook, and Tionne Cook; granddaughter, Tahlia Smith; sisters, Kimmellia Jackson and Brandy Allen; brother, Brett Turner Jr.; many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
