Levi was preceded in death by his parents, Lily Mae and Levi Payne Sr.,; Grandparents Carrie and Will Simmons; Sister’s Ruth and Jolita Payne; and siblings, Willie Mae King, Louise Ford, Sadie Powell and Bobby Payne.
