Lillie Ree Walker was born on February 25, 1934, in Decatur, Alabama, to the late Frank and Stella Harris. Lillie entered this world and created a beautiful and lasting place in the hearts of so many.
She received her education through the Cleveland Public School system and accepted Christ at an early age. Her faith remained a guiding force throughout her life. Lillie was a dedicated employee at Standard Products on the west side of Cleveland, where she faithfully worked for over 30 years before retiring.
Lillie enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. She loved attending baseball games, traveling, gardening, cooking, and enjoying her favorite sweets. Most of all, she treasured family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored deeply.
Lillie Ree married the love of her life, Clyde Walker, and together they were blessed with seven children: Angelo, Marshall, Mike, Rick, Jimmie, Martha, and Diane. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who always put her family first.
On February 8, 2026, Lillie was called home to be with the Lord. She now rests peacefully in heaven, reunited with her beloved husband, Clyde Walker; her parents, Frank and Stella Harris; her sons, Angelo, Rick, and Marshall; and her daughter, Diane.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories one brother, Herman; her loving 7 children 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Lillie Ree Walker’s love, strength, and legacy will forever live on in all who knew and loved her.
