Lorene Hunt age 89, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2022.

Lorene is survived by her children: Michael (Robbie), Dennis (Monica),  Reginald, Joe Jr., (Maureen), and Brigitte Boyd; and sister  Sarah Groves; grandchildren Michelle Jones, Khalilah Harrison (Lee), Kanesha Boyd, Taleemah Towns and Derrick Boyd.

Great-grandchildren: Miles Townes, Khalil Harrison, Kayden Hill, Christopher Stewart, Carolyn Stewart, and  Samantha Jones.

Preceded in death by her parents Burl Matthews Sr., and Lucy Carter Matthews; and son Christopher Boyd; siblings, Essie Williams, Curtis, William, Howard, James and Burl Matthews Jr., Marie Foster, Dorothy Crosby and Shirley Morgan.
