Lucille Tate, age 93, went home to be with the Lord on February 14, 2021.  Lucille is survived by her sister, Betty Spigner; special nephews, James Spigner, Jermaine Spigner, and Michael Spigner.  Lucille is the daughter of the late, Horace and Ella Chisholm.  She is also preceded in death by her sister, Louise Overton.
