Mrs. Thornton also known as Aunt Lou or grandma Lou to my family, even though no relation she made you feel like family. I will miss you sitting in your kitchen, on the porch or working in your flower bed. I will miss the way you would politely ask if you want something to eat or drink (actually insist you get something.) To the Thornton family you have my deepest condolences! Your mother will truly be missed and will always have a special place in our hearts!

Sheila and Ronny, you are like a brother and sister to me. From the cradle to beyond, we have shared so many memorable moments. Auntie-Momma Lu gave us plenty to cherish, smile and laugh about. We will miss her presence. The entire Thornton family will continue to be in our prayers.

Praying for you to have strength to endure all things during this difficult time. Remembering the many good times and much laughter with your family. Sending much loves and hugs your way.
