Makayla Alauna Lanier, 12, went home to be with the Lord on June 17, 2018. Makayla is survived by her beloved parents Melissa Lakeyia Jenkins (Chris) and Kentrell Antwain Lanier (Shanell). Loving God-parents Tiffany Collins, Carmella Pinesett, and Daryl Jackson. Cherished siblings Deja Jenkins, Kentrell Lanier, Jr., Sania Harris, and Si’Niyah Lanier. God-sisters and brothers Angelique Robinson, D’Edra, Everett and Malik Walker, and D’Mario Collins. Maternal grandparents Joyce Jenkins. Paternal grandparents Annette Lanier and Harry Wright.
