Ms. Marsha Trent, age 52, passed away on March 23, 2025.

Born in Cleveland, OH, Marsha was the daughter of William (Billy) Cooke and Joanne Cooke.

She was preceded in death by her father, William (Billy) Cooke.

Marsha leaves behind a loving family, including her mother, Joanne Cooke; daughters, Taylor Trent and Timia Hunter; brother, Adam Cooke; sister, Elaina Cooke; nieces, Briell Cooke, Ariell Scott, Maliyah Cooke, and Alexandria Cooke; nephew, Adam Cooke Jr.; and great-nieces, Amiyah Wade and Za’rya Wade, along with great-nephew, Sekani Scott Robinson. She was cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calhoun Funeral Home (Rockside).

As a child, Marsha was a dedicated Girl Scout for 12 years and enjoyed playing softball. She graduated from Warrensville Heights High School in 1991. Marsha pursued a career in the beauty industry as a hair and nail technician before transitioning into healthcare as a medical assistant and home health aide.

My sincerest prayers and condolences go out for the family. Marsha was a part of our great Glenview Family. I remember her laughter and the fun we'd have when she would be over our house. I'll forever cherish the part she's played in my life. While truly missed, she will forever be in my heart. God bless all of the Cook, Trent, and other family members and friends as your hearts heal through this.
