Melvin was born to Ella Foster—DeJesus and Melvin Spragling. He attended Kenmore High School and was a truck driver most of his working career. Melvin is survived by his son, Justin Bethune and daughter, Ashley Kimbrough; grandchildren, brothers, sisters, many nephews, nieces and cousins.
His greatest joy was being with his family (especially his grandchildren!) and friends, as well as studying the bible.
“Foster” will be truly missed by all his family and friends!
