Phillip David Bowie passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.  Phillip is survived by his beloved companion Gail York. Cherished father of Philip Bowie II, Joi Bowie and Jordan Bowie.  Loving brother of Willie Fletcher (Linda).  Grandfather of David Bowie, Daniel Bowie and Bryana Bowie.  Great Grandfather of 4 and two special friends Janice Bowie-Jones and Diana Bowie.
