Prentiss, age 87 went home to be with the Lord on October 15th ,2022—peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.
Prentiss was born on November 4th, 1934, in Blytheville, Arkansas to Onnie Harge and Caroline Dantzler.
Prentiss was also known as Uncle P, Uncle Prentiss, and Cool Dude
He attended East Tech High School and began working in the trucking industry just as his father had.
He accepted Christ at an early age.
Prentiss enjoyed watching sports, hanging with his buddies, and buying scratch offs. You can always count on him to give you a laugh or a smile and respond with a strong and voice stress “THERE YOU GO”!
Prentiss was the son to Onnie Ben Harge and Caroline Dantzler. He leaves behind Brother of Rosie Lee (Abraham-both deceased); Betty Harge-Deceased; Dorothy Mae Harge- Gillis- Morgan (Billy-Deceased); Christine Harge (Deceased); Malvina Fowler (Mirl-deceased); Martha Bradley and Rosie Scott (Linus); Solomon Harge-Deceased (Dorothy); Eugene Harge (Deceased) and Onnie Harge (Deceased)and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
