Richard is survived by his wife Margaret and mother Elizabeth Stover. Cherished father of Salisa and Richard Jr., (Tasha). Loving brother of Margaret Jean Brown (deceased). Grandfather of Bryan (Lillshell), Trinity, Maleah and Quaran.
