Richard S. Gilliam went home to be with the Lord on April 21, 2016.  Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Gloria Gilliam.  Cherished father of Ramone, Richard, Yolanda and Tashina.  Loving brother of Juanita, Audrey, Cozy and Sam.
