Robert Edward Flanigan went home to be with the Lord on June 13, 2015.  Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Alice.  Loving father of Rhonda L. Harris (Leroy); grandfather of Darnell P. Halton, Jr., great grandfather of Perinon and Denero Halton.  Cherished foster family, son, Allan Kisner, Sr. (Greta), daughter, Hannah Bauer; grandchildren, Aprille, Garret (Aeysha), Allan, Jr. (Talisha), and Gabrielle; great grandchildren, Dominic, Michael, Ileyana, Josiah, Keyon and Naomi.  Service is Saturday, June 20, 2015, 12:30pm at CHRIST TEMPLE APOSTOLIC CHURCH, 860 Eddy Rd., Cleveland, 44108, where family will receive friends at 11:30am
