Ronald A. Taylor was born on December 23, 1946, in Memphis, TN (mommas bouncing baby boy). On July 28, 2022, was called by name and received his wings. He attended Cleveland Public Schools and Tri-C where he received an Associate of Arts degree. Ronald joined the US Army on March of 1964. He served in the Vietnam War as a combat marksman infantryman. Ronald joined Abyssinia Baptist Church on May 13, 1979. He was baptized on May 20, 1979, along with his son Donald and nephew Anthony. He served as the senior deacon, pianist, and choir member since 1979.
Ronald worked at TRW as a tow motor driver for 20 years Ronald then served as an usher at Cleveland Playhouse. Ronald loved ballroom dancing, driving Cadillacs, dressing sharp and being a jokester. Ronald loved painting and was a great artist.
Ronald was preceded in death by his father Wilber T. Taylor; his wife Elizabeth A. Taylor; brother Wilber T. Taylor Ir and sister Lenar Taylor. Ronald leaves behind to cherish his memories his children: Ronald Israel, Donald Taylor, LaRon Taylor, DeonTaylor, Joe Stubblefield and Tammy Stubblefield; mother Celestine Taylor; sisters: Deborah Davidson (Lewis) and Robbie Taylor; lots of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

My biggest condolences to the family and friends of Ronald Taylor. My heart goes out to all of you. He was such a bright and amazing person all around. I am utterly saddened to hear this news. He was my walking buddy in a nursing home I work at. He always talked to me on the days I was feeling down. Always held my hand and told me how beautiful I was. He always wanted to help me clean. He was so goofy and such a bright light in my life. It's like he knew i needed someone and he was there. I am going to miss him deeply.
