Rosemary (Rose) Mitchem, affectionately known to the family as, Bae-Bae, was born in Barberton, Ohio, on February 24, 1954, to the late Elizabeth and William Henderson. She made her Heavenly transition on March 23, 2023.
She was a lifetime Akron area resident and retired from Wright Tool, Co. in 2019 after completing 35 years of service.
Rosemary loved to laugh and make people smile through her cooking. She loved to cook and bake, fish, dance, play cards, and sing, but most of all, she loved having a good time with her family.
In the summer months, Rosemary loved to fire up her grill and bbq ribs, chicken, and recently, acquired a taste for grilled Ribeye steak. She also loved the vacations she shared with her family, going on cruises, standing in the ocean, and riding on airplanes.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Phyllis Bibby; and brothers, Thomas Henderson, Gary Henderson, and Ernest Gregory.
She is survived by her daughter, Charise (Robert) Dunewood; granddaughters, Leigh and Cameron Dunewood, both who were her EVERYTHING; sisters, Sherlyn (Ronald) Young, Joann Foster, and Beverly Kendrick; brothers, Ronnie Henderson and Stanford Henderson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
