Rosemary Randle was born December 30, 1948 in West Point, Mississippi to the parents of Golden Woods and Robert Randle, Sr., who preceded her in death.  At the age of six, Rosemary moved to Cleveland, Ohio.  

Rosemary leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, China Randle; grandson, Vincent Leonard; siblings, Ruth Coleman(deceased), Eddie Lewis Randle(deceased), Mary Perry, Donna Williams, Catherine Woods, Christine Randle, Elizabeth Randle, Barbara Randle, Helen Randle, Monroe Randle, Danny Woods, Robert Randle II; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends and loved ones.
