Roy Neal Jr., age 62, went home to be with the Lord on January 22, 2021.  Roy is survived by his siblings, Sheilah Moore, Lynda Wallace, Myrna Neal, Gilda Jones, Michael Neal(Marcella), Angela Love(Reggie), Martin Neal(Kimberly), Ondrea Saffo; 14 nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; 1 great-great nephew. Roy is preceded in death by his in-laws, John and Danford.
