My condolences goes out to the family and friends of Samantha. Sam is truly one of a kind. We worked together at CSU back in 2015 and we have remained in contact since. I was just a babe in Christ when I met her and she showed me so much grace and kindness. She always had an encouraging word or advice along with some great jokes and laughs. We could talk about anything but the Lord was her favorite subject. She always had a word for me along with prayers that I desperately needed at the time. I was going through some turmoil and she gave me a lesson on forgiveness that I will never forget and I follow her advice to this day. Thank you Sam for everything you have truly earned your spot in the kingdom!!!

To God be the Glory for the earthly life and the memories we have to cherish from this beautiful soul. I loved to talk “shop” with this scholar because she provoked the country, the good, the comedic and the scholarly sides of me simultaneously. My love, my thoughts, and most of all my fervent prayers are will all that experienced her life. Samantha loved well she lived to be a blessing. She came from a family of radical Praisers that could shift the atmosphere is a service in 10 second. That’s something we perfected in praise while we were in “the belly of the bank” in downtown Cleveland. The loved well as a family and they kept it alllll the way 100 with you. Find peace April in all that your did -there is no greater love than laying down your life for your first and lasting friend: your sister. April your love towards her in SPOKE VOLUMES in word and in deed! Selah. It is my prayer that she, her son, her mom, her friends, family and we the ETMOD feel comfort and peace pain and suffering of her So many of the ETMOD Saints have beat us to the gates and they cheer us on from the great cloud of witnesses. I may be absent physically but the imprint that this Ecclesia has made in my life and my calling shall live on in and through me, Death stings and it breaks our hearts for quite some time. However in closing I’m reminded of a song sung by now Pastor CeCe Winans it says; Don’t Cry For Me; Don’t shed a tear The times you shared with me will always be! And when I’m gone, please carry on! Don’t cry for me. Humbly Submitted Pastor Michelle Johnson M.Ed. Executive Pastor of Strategic Planning and Community Outreach. City of Refuge Family Mission Worship Center, Brunswick, Ga

My condolences to the family! I looked forward to 5pm, because I knew I'd get a funny story and hearty laugh on my short trolley ride down Euclid with Samantha! I was like a little kid hoping she would be at the stop. And her choice of YouTube videos kept me laughing during the rough times during the pandemic. She will be deeply missed!
