On April 28, 2023, Susan May Taylor got her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 74 years old.
Susan was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where she attended and Graduated from John Hay. After which she obtained a welding certificate. She was a loving daughter.
Susan lived a full life enjoying her time with her grandchildren Robert Smith and Adrianna Johnson to name a few. Also putting in countless time with her grandchildren Ryder Smith and Rylen Johnson. One thing about this special woman is that she loved to cook, no one went hungry. You could count on her to express how she felt no matter the circumstances. She was never afraid to just tell it like it was. Susan spent a lot of time with her family and friends but one thing for sure was she would never miss her favorite programs on TV.
She was very artistic. She had a passion for drawing and painting. She was very intelligent and had a love for reading. Some may not know that Susan had a love for animals so much so that she saved a kitten from being run over by a car. To give it a chance at life she took the kitten to her daughter’s house to give to her granddaughter.
Grandson Taylor and Louvenia Coleman-Taylor proceeded her in death.
Susan leaves behind her loving companion and dear friend, Walter Williams. She also leaves behind 12 children who loved and adored her dearly. Susan is also survived by her sister Dorothy May Taylor-Washington, her 12 children Burt A.Taylor, Jeanna Taylor, Norris Taylor, Marcia Taylor, Glen Taylor, Nikia Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Darnell Taylor, Alex Taylor, Nate Taylor, Chrstinia Taylor, Louvenia Taylor. She is also survived by a slew of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
