Tyrone Bell, born on September 29, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away surrounded by loved ones. He was the beloved son of Willie James Bell Sr. and Pauline Clemons-Bell. Raised in a close-knit family, Tyrone was educated at Nathan Hale and John Adams High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and built the foundation for his future.
From an early age, Tyrone embraced his faith, accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at Greater Missionary Baptist Church. His faith was a cornerstone in his life, guiding him through every challenge and triumph.
Tyrone’s legacy is carried on by his loving family: his daughter Tyra Stewart and her husband Anthony Stewart, and their son Aiden Bell; his son Cory Bell and his wife Yazmin Bell, and their daughter Aria Bell; and his daughter Maya Smith and her husband Thomas Smith, and their children Jordan Stripling and Kendall Parks.
Tyrone is also remembered by his siblings: sisters Mary Alice Matthews, Bernice Love, Debora Bell, Brenda Bell, Latonya Turner, and Caprita Bell; brothers Willie James Bell Jr, Gregory Bell Sr, Anthony Bell Sr, Eric Bell, and Kenneth Long. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Bell Sr., whose memory he cherished deeply.
Tyrone’s extended family includes his brother-in-laws Charles Matthews, Roosevelt Love, and Dewight Turner, along with his only surviving uncle, Paul Clemons Jr. He was a loving uncle to a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews, and a cherished friend to many.
Tyrone Bell was a man of faith, family, and friendship, whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
