Tyrone Lee Marshall was born March 26, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio to JoAnn and Kenneth Marshall. He departed this life on November 18, 2022, after a courageous battle of illness.
Tyrone was a smart student, always exceling in class during grade school. He attended East Technical High School. Tyrone earned a high school diploma from the State Board of Community College, North Carolina. He enlisted in the US Army where he was in the 82nd Airborne serving 3 years. Later, he attended Electronic Technical Institute and earned an associate degree in electrical systems technology. Tyrone was an expert with his hands from the time he was a child, he showed an interest in how things worked. His inquisitive mind led him to dismantle equipment and reassemble it long before his education. He used his technical and electronic expertise to serve other families and friends in the community.
As a child Tyrone attended the neighborhood family church, Open Door Missionary Baptist Church. He accepted Christ at an early age. Tyrone worked at Loveman Steel Corporation as a supervisor, union steward and burner until his retirement. He had a heart for children, and children naturally liked him. Tyrone has one daughter Ciara and one grandson Aidan which he adored even more. He loved his family, often visiting and helping where he was able.
Tyrone was a proud veteran; it was common to see him wearing a veteran hat or clothing, he also enjoyed music and movies. He was a collector of albums, CD’s and DVD’s and loved to sing. He was a huge fan of NASCAR race car driving and a collector of model cars. He always found something to repair in his spare time.

Aunts: Geneva (Richard) Duke, Shirley Cook, Uncle: Herbert Marshall, Nieces: Territa (Terry) Chambers, Trene´ McCoy, Nephew: Carter Marshall, Great niece: Zamera Brown, and Great nephews: Lonniel & Corey Hawthorne, Evan Chambers and a host of cousins, other family, and friends.
