Vickie was born on November 14, 1942 to Ruth and Henry Williams.
She attended Cleveland Public Schools. After graduating, she attended Jane Adams School of Practical Nursing and became a LPN. She worked over 30 years at St. Vincent Charity Hospital. Afterwards she worked at McGregor Nursing home until her retirement.
Vickie was known for never holding anything back and was never afraid to “Tell it like it was”. In her spare time she loved spending time with her grand kids, reading books, jigsaw puzzles, and watching “The Young and the Restless”, and “My wife and kids.” She also loved History. She was a strong, strong woman. She was stubborn and loved to travel.
Vickie leaves to cherish her passing, her two daughters, Darla (Walter) and Crystal (Clint). Three grandchildren, Tyesha, Leray, and Shyla. Two great grandchildren, Leray Jr and Toria. Two sisters, Ernestine (Arthur) and Annetta. Three brothers, Jimmie (Carol), Wayne (Betty), and Gerald (Tara).
Love ones that preceded her in death both parents Ruth and Henry, one niece, Lois; one nephew David and her grandmother, Kate.
