Sending my sincerest prayers and condolences to the Kennedy family. Mrs. Kennedy came into my life bright as a star when her daughter Angela made the flagteam duing my co captain year of the mighty Shaw high Marching band. If Motivation was a person it was Mrs. Kennedy. She would be cheering us on in every parade. Every football game and pep rally. She kept us hydrated and even gave us rides to practice. She was true loving and vibrant person. Akways laughing and smiling. I'm going to miss her. Thank you Mrs Kennedy. You will be missed! Sincerely Somona!

I am lost for words. Mrs. Kennedy was like a mother to me. I have so many fond memories of how she not only cared for her entire family but for me as well. The Kennedy home was my second home! My mom knew where to find me; there with Angie and her family and vice versa. From elementary school to college years, Angie and I were inseparable. She was my first friend I met when we moved to this country. Mr. & Mrs. Kennedy opened her home to me always. Their home was warm, inviting and emaculent because Mrs. Kennedy was that lady! She always took care of home. She cared for us all. She always cooked just like my mom, her and my mom would took turns picking us up from school and practice; she was always there for us. She was our number one supporter always there to cheer us on or give us advice! She had poise & grace! She was always well dressed and beautiful even at home while relaxing. I always admired how she carried herself. She taught Angie and I a lot about being good, caring women because she embodied those qualities. She was a true example of a self-less person. She loved her family so much especially her children and Mr. Kennedy and she always showed me love too. It just seems like yesterday this all happened. Even though the years have past since we were adolescences and younger adults these memories of Mrs. Kennedy still warms my heart and forever will remain there, she will forever live in my heart. She will be greatly missed. My heart is so heavy and my heartfelt condolences to Angie, Mr. Kennedy, Brian and the rest of the family from my family. My parents send their love and condolences as well. We sat with Angie and Mr. Kennedy today as we talked and laugh, it felt good to share warm memories of Mrs Kennedy. Just know that you all are in our thoughts as we lift you all up in strength and love. God give us strength! Love y’all!
