WillieAnn Neal went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, at the graced age of 90 years old.

Born in Mead, West Virginia, WillieAnn was one of seventeen siblings.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Herbert Neal Sr.; her daughters, Detta D’ette Neal and Deborah Reddick; her father, William Andrews; and mother, Katherine Carter Andrews.

WillieAnn was also preceded in death by her siblings: Charles N. Greer, Joyce Greer Epps, Janet Gaynor Epps, Garnetta Clark, Jenny Davis, John Coller, George Coller, Aris Andrews, and Vera McCoy.

She is survived by her devoted children: her son, Herbert Neal Jr., and her daughter, Denise (Jerry) Jones.

WillieAnn leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Lanita (Stephen) McKnight, Jennay Jones, and Takilla Jones. She was also blessed with six great-grandchildren Stephen, Ramon, Elijah, Elyiah, Allen, Tyana and six great-great-grandchildren.

She is further survived by her siblings: William D. Andrews, Claudette Andrews, Hedi Andrews, Carol Reid, Jim Coller, Gerald M. Coller, and Beverly Banks Brooks, along with a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
