Lana is part of the administrative staff with the Calhoun Funeral Home Family and she handles processing of death certificates and insurance for the families we serve. She brings with her 16 years of banking experience from Dollar and Key Banks, as well as over 25 years of customer service and management skills. Lana attended the University of Technology in Jamaica, graduating with a certificate in Management Studies and is currently attending Cuyahoga Community College pursing Computer Studies. She is also a notary public for the State of Ohio.

Lana is a native of Jamaica and a naturalized citizen of the United States of America. She is married with six children, four biological and two adopted. She is the grandmother of five and proud to be a military mom to a Sergeant. Lana is a member of the Warrensville Community Baptist Church. Along with being the financial secretary for over 10 years, she is also a member of the Usher Board, a Trustee, and involved in Music Ministry and Women’s Fellowship Ministry.
