Latifa has a wealth of experience in office administration from the public and private sectors and an extensive background in interpersonal communications with bereaved individuals. For over 20 years she has excelled in providing prompt customer service and efficient office management. Latifa is also a professional photographer and loves to capture the best in everyone.

Latifa attended East High School, Cuyahoga Community College, and John Carroll University. She walks to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s, Breast Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus and The Ministry of Hope AIDS Awareness. Latifa and her husband, Kenneth, have four adult children (Nicole, Mario, Kevin and Leslie).
